2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Wide Body

Quick reviews about cars I drove at the MAMA Fall Rally!

2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Wide Body – I’d buy this car today. This was one of my favorite cars to drive. The power was amazing! It even handled great for such a big car! The dash was great also, it had a lot of gauges that I don’t see anymore in many cars out there. It seemed like “modern hotrod” with the gauges and the layout of the dash. I really like driving this car on the track, even in the rain.

2017 Chevrolet Suburban Midnight Edition

Quick reviews about cars I drove at the MAMA Fall Rally!

2017 Chevrolet Suburban Midnight Edition – This car had every option and feature you could want. Even a hidden compartment behind the radio. But, it drove like it looked, slow and lumbering. I was not it’s intended market. While it was the midnight edition, it had too much chrome for my liking. I did like all the features though, the Chevrolet rep said it had something like 14 charging ports! That’s enough for almost every device I own.

2018 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T

Quick reviews about cars I drove at the MAMA Fall Rally!

2018 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T – This wasn’t a bad car. I enjoyed driving it because it reminded me of my wife’s car. However, the dash screen I think provides TOO much info. When I turned on the wipers, the dash screen told me which setting I had chosen. It removed the other info I was looking at for a bit, and I think that was just a little overboard. But it felt good to drive and it was easy to find the controls.

2018 Lexus LC 500

Quick reviews about cars I drove at the MAMA Fall Rally!

2018 Lexus LC 500 – I didn’t get to drive this car too much. I got in it and drove it to the track where they told me the track was closed. So, although I did get to sit in it, and the dash was AMAZING, I can’t really comment too much on how it drove.

2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG CLA4

Quick reviews about cars I drove at the MAMA Fall Rally!

2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG CLA45 – This was my favorite car out of every car I drove. Especially on the track. When you put it in Sports+ mode it sounds, drives, and handles amazing. This is the other car I would buy in a minute if I had the money. When it downshifted, it sounded amazing. It also had the power to get out of the corner and get you down the track. And all that in amazing style, which is why it’s my #1 pick out of all the cars I drove.

2018 Nissan GT-R Track Edition

Quick reviews about cars I drove at the MAMA Fall Rally!

2018 Nissan GT-R Track Edition – I wish I could say how much I loved this car. It is one of my dream cars. But on the track, we were only able to get up to about 70 mph… and this car likes to be up in the boost. I couldn’t keep it there creeping around the track like we were. It was a major let down that I didn’t feel this car was “good” for a street car. It only felt good when I was getting on it and hitting the boost.

2017 Nissan Titan XD PRO-4X 4WD KC

Quick reviews about cars I drove at the MAMA Fall Rally!

2017 Nissan Titan XD PRO-4X 4WD KC – I liked this truck! It was a lot of fun to play in the mud with the truck. You could really get into it and throw it around. It did feel big, but it was big, the biggest vehicle in the offroad collection. So, that made sense. I was able to almost jump it off part of the track so I knew it did get up to a lot of speed!

2018 Subaru Crosstek

Quick reviews about cars I drove at the MAMA Fall Rally!

2018 Subaru Crosstek – This car was a lot of fun to throw around in the mud. It was like driving a rally car. It handled the offroad course very well and I was able to fling it around corners and take the track at a higher speed than the other off-road vehicles, and it felt safe to do so. It was funny, I could see the people who were running the Off road section watch me as I zipped around.
